This policy explains what information the HI Infra Structures website (hiinfrastructures.in) handles, and what happens to information you send us. It is written to describe what this website actually does. The Base X Footing Studio desktop application has a separate privacy policy.
Who we are

What this website does not do
- It has no contact forms, sign-ups, or user accounts, so it does not collect personal information through the pages themselves.
- It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social-media plug-ins.
- It does not set cookies.
- All fonts, images, scripts, and styles are served from our own domain. No third-party services are loaded when you view the pages.
Information you send us
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, organisation, and the details of your project or your interest in BASE X. We use that information only to respond to you and to carry out any work or supply you ask us for. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for our business records. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
If you would like us to delete correspondence you have sent us, email us at support@hiinfrastructures.in and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider. Like most web servers, the hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical logs, such as the IP address of the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser type, for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Base X desktop software
This policy covers the website only. The Base X Footing Studio desktop application collects trial registration details and a hashed device identifier for licensing. That is described separately in the Base X privacy policy.
Children
This website is intended for professional and business use and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way the website handles information changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
