This policy covers the Base X Footing Studio desktop application published by HI Infra Structures. It describes the information the application collects for trial registration and licensing. The hiinfrastructures.in website has a separate website privacy policy.
Information collected
When you register for a trial, you provide the following account information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Qualification
- Company (optional)
- Country, state and city
For licensing purposes, the software may also collect:
- Licence key
- Machine identifier (a non-personal hardware fingerprint derived from hashed hardware identifiers; the raw identifiers do not leave your computer)
- Application version
- Operating system version
- Activation and licence status
Information not collected
Base X Footing Studio does not collect:
- Project files
- Engineering drawings
- Calculation data
- Personal documents
- Financial information
Use of information
Collected information is used solely for:
- Trial registration and account setup
- Licence activation
- Licence validation
- Fraud prevention
- Software support
- Product improvement
Data security
Licence data is transmitted using encrypted communication and stored securely.
